Water dam and river across the road create relaxing waterfall sounds that are heard from deck or enjoy it close up from the private shoreline deck and dock. Explore the Muskoka River on the kayak, SUP or river tubes.

5 bedroom cottage located on Tea Lake. Internet, Satellite tv, hot tub, dishwasher, 3 kayaks, canoe, paddleboard, fishing rods, water toys (Lilly pad ) washer/dryer, AC, microwave, stereo, BBQ, fire pit, DVD player, playground, bicycles, snow shoes, cross country skis, and close to the ski hill, snowmobile trails, fishing boating on the Trent Severn. The waterfront is deep water off the end of the dock and hard sand bottom at the shore. Great for swimming and No weeds.
