Many characteristic restaurants and shops dot the area, where you can taste our Mediterranean gastronomy and culture. You can walk to all the landmarks of the city in less than 5 minutes. The Malvarrosa beach is 15 minutes away, with the Metro from Xátiva and Colon station (5min) and transshipment on the Tram. If you wish to visit the City of Arts and Sciences you can take the Bus (15min). In addition, there is a bike rental less than 1 minute away, to explore the city or to reach the Jardines del Real or the Turia River Garden, the "Central Parc" of València in 5 minutes. The old River Turia's garden is a green belt that connects the whole city, where you can spend the day strolling under the shade of the trees while touring and visiting different monuments until you reach the City of Arts and Sciences. It is very easy to get to the apartment since the Xàtiva metro stop with direct connection to the airport and the train station are 5 min. I will be happy to receive you at any time of the day. El apartamento es realmente especial por su localización y porque el buen gusto está presente en todos los rincones. Como está en una calle peatonal es bastante tranquilo pese a estar en el centro. El gran espejo de la zona de estar proyecta la imagen de parte de la Plaza del Ayuntamiento en su interior y aporta gran luminosidad. Es el sitio perfecto para disfrutar de Valencia sin renunciar a la tranquilidad El apartamento tiene ascensor, y un pequeño balconcito con una mesa y dos sillas. El huésped puede preguntarnos por cualquier servicio como niñera, limpieza, cocinero en casa...y le informaremos gustosamente sobre cualquier servicio disponible en la ciudad, incluyendo todo tipo de actividades deportivas (tenís, golf, surf...) El apartamento tiene wifi, aire acondicionado, microndas con grill, lavadora, lavavajillas. Cama de 160. Tv led pantalla plana de 42' Recibimos personalmente a nuestros huéspedes, nos encanta darles la bienvenida e informarles con detalle sobre nuestro partamento y sobre la ciudad. Estamos a su disposición en el móvil siempre que nos necesiten ante cuaquier problema que pueda surgirles en relación con el piso durante su estancia. Rodeado de teatros, grandes almacenes y los principales monumentos del centro de la capital valenciana, este apartamento recién reformado ofrece una conveniente ubicación para desplazarse a pie a los principales puntos de interés. El apartamento está perfectamente conectado con cualquier otra parte de la ciudad. A la puerta se coge el autobús número 19 que nos lleva directamente, sin necesidad de cambiar a otro, directamente a la playa y a la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. A 250 metros hay dos paradas de metro, una es COLÓN y la otra XÁTIVA. Incluso la Estación del Norte, precisosa por cierto, está a escasos 300 metros. Alquiler de bicicletas en la zona. Parking con tarifas económicas y con tarifa 24 horas (se puede sacar y meter libremente el coche) a 15 euros. Tenemos otro piso publicado en air bnb en la misma planta y edificio, son los dos únicos pisos en la planta, también con cuatro plazas disponibles, de manera que entre los dos sumarían 8 plazas.
