Tellico is home to world-class trout fishing, an abundance of hiking trails and waterfalls, as well as 3 rivers close offering whitewater rafting, kayaking, and tubing.

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

On the River! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This cabin has all of the extras and amenities that will make your stay fun and relaxing. There is a very important looking king size bed, gorgeous mountain decor, fold out sofa, Adirondack chairs for the porch and old-fashioned porch swing. Full kitchen, one bath, 65" Smart TV with Fast WiFi. Tucked into the woods with a BIG hot tub, this is perfect place to celebrate or honeymoon. Come with friends. Or be selfish and bring her just to be together. Well, you could bring the pup too.

Snowbird Creek Cabin, Flyfish, Tail of the Dragon

Our Snowbird Creek Cabin is cool and relaxing. It is just minutes from “Tail of the Dragon”. It is a fly fisherman’s paradise also. Hiking trails and waterfalls abound, or just kick back and relax in the pristine setting of the Snowbird Back Country. We will allow one dog 25 pounds or under to come. No exceptions for bigger dogs. I will request a picture of the dod. The dog will not be allowed on furniture. I live next door, so i will know if my rules are not obeyed.
