Mit dem eigenen Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreicht man in kurzer Zeit die Landeshauptstadt Potsdam oder die Hauptstadt Berlin. Die Umgebung lädt zu Spaziergängen in der Natur ein. Die Gegend ist sehr Hundefreundlich. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Fitnessstudio bzw. ein Reiterhof.

Unser Apartment wurde gerade mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert, Einbauküche, großzügiges Wannenbad, Fußbodenheizung und großer Terrasse laden zum entspannen und arbeiten ein. Baden auf dem Grundstück am Steg bei uns im Nixe Yachthafen Potsdam ist für mutige fast das ganze Jahr möglich ;-).

Diese wunderschöne ebenerdig über drei herabführende Stufen gelegene Wohnung mit Küche, Wohn- und extra Schlafzimmer in einer sanierten Villa der Jahrhundertwende im grünen Berliner Stadtteil, lässt nicht erahnen, dass man in 20 Minuten in der brodelnden City Berlin ist. Hier kann man verschnaufen und Kraft für den Stadttrip finden.
