Dog friendly, freshly remodeled home welcomes you to Lake Chickamauga.Located in a quiet neighborhood between two boat launches a mile apart.Ample parking for vehicles and trailers! Prior approval required to bring your dog. Large living space with a wall of windows and deck with dining to enjoy the view.Short walk down the concrete path to private dock and fire pit area. Fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Rural area near Decatur, Dayton, Cleveland, Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Gatlinburg.

Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

Nanny’s Cottage

Conveniently close to Fairfield Glade Golf courses, and other activities. Nanny’s Cottage is 300sqft with 1 full bed room w/ queen bed, full bath, washer and dryer, and WiFi. It has big picturesque windows for lots of natural lighting, but also blackout blinds to darken the inside. The outside of the property boasts a beautiful pond and dock to have a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. To enjoy the outside on those chilly nights we have a fire pit with outdoor sitting.

Little House On The Quarry

One of the earths truly unique places! Enjoy an experience with the ultra clear blue water of the quarry with fish, high rock cliffs, a raft, and a pedal boat. The cabin is a true log home built for guests to love. Relax on the covered porch with hot tub, rocking chairs, and amazing water views. Entertain yourselves with the arcade, satellite TV, WiFi, Rokus, and backyard games. Fire pit and park style grill are also in the backyard. Fire wood and coffee are provided. Pet friendly. Enjoy!

Lakefront Lodge w/ Hot Tub, Large Dock & Bunk Room

Unwind at this stunning remodeled work of art. Enjoy the hot tub and deck w/ 2 screen porches that have breathtaking lake views. The house was built with 2 separate living areas, high-beamed ceilings, and immaculate details for luxurious yet charming feel. The kids will enjoy the custom made bunk room in the basement with their own kitchen & living room area. Bring your boat or jet ski and enjoy the private boat ramp and dock. The kayaks, picnic area, & fire pit are yours to enjoy.

The Cottage at Acqua Dolce

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

Spring City Treehouses “Holly Grove”

This is a unique, newly built Treehouse (‘23) on 10 wooded acres near Watts Bar Lake. Nearby marinas, restaurants, hiking, waterfalls & a short drive to whitewater rafting & Gatlinburg!
