This lovely private cottage within 20acre gardens has 1 double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with single oven, 4 hobs, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, table and chairs making it suitable for longer or short stays. The bathroom has full size bath with power shower overhead, and the sitting room 2 double sofas, smart tv and wood burner giving the cottage a really cosy feel. Guests will have access to the well known Green Island Gardens and Colchester is only a 5 minute drive away.

The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.

Fully equipped kitchen with full sized oven and hob with a microwave and a small fridge/freezer. Lounge with plenty of seating, TV, DVD player, electric fire and a sofa bed. Please, pay attention, bed linens are included, but you’ll need to bring your own towels. There is NO WIFI in the caravan, pet fee is £25 per pet per stay.
