Discover the City from this small and cozy oasis. A space full of light and with details that will make you feel in Mexico. The place is very quiet and the apartment lovingly decorated. As a host we can support you with whatever you need, do not hesitate to ask and if it is in our hands we will gladly do so. High ceilings, wooden beams and traditional pasta floors. A loft with a lot of character. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom and its tub is an ideal way to end the day.

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

El mini depa es tipo Loft y esta junto a nuestra vivienda familiar, pero es un espacio totalmente independiente para que tengas privacidead. Cuenta con una cama queen, un sofá cama, baño completo y cocina. Este loft se encuentra en segundo piso, para subir en necsario usar escaleras.

acogedora suite de 60 m2 ubicada en un singular conjunto de casas construidas en 1905 en havre, una de las calles más exclusivas y con mejor oferta gastronómica de la colonia juárez. la casa fue restaurada por completo añadiendo elementos contemporáneos a su arquitectura típicamente porfiriana. el espacio ha sido amueblado con piezas originales estilo mid century modern y otros hallazgos de nuestras busquedas por los anticuarios de la ciudad.

Es un área que cuenta con baño completo, una cocineta con parrilla eléctrica, refigerador de 4.5 pies, horno de microondas, licuadora, cafetera , menaje básico de cocina, mesa para comer, una pequeña sala, televisión con IZZI, Netflix y Amazon , wifi, closet pequeño con ganchos, secadora para el cabello, plancha, acceso independiente. Muy tranquilo y con muchos medios de comunicación. Área cercana para hacer ejercicio al aire libre.

Our loft, Xoxotic (green in Nahuatl), is located only a few blocks away from Condesa and Roma Norte, two of the “it” neighborhoods in the City, where you can find lovely cafés and bakeries, art galleries, indie boutiques, and some of the best restaurants in Latin America. The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.
