Private and quiet self contained hotel style Suite located at the rear of the building including deck space with the gulf right across the street (not visible from the suite). Located in the heart of the seawall entertainment district, you’re walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. This space is ideal for a couple but can accommodate up to 4. 1 dog under 45 lbs allowed with pre-approval & the dog takes the place of a person. Welcome to The Ball Park! This condo belongs to one of the Lincoln Saltdogs, a professional baseball team affiliated with the MLB. He wanted to share his love of Baseball and The Lord with y’all. We are located just across the street from the newly refurbished Babes Beach. Amazing views of the ocean and pool. Close to all main attractions but far enough west to beat the crowds.
