This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Beekeepers cottage was part of a watercress farm and is situated in the grounds of Bridge cottage with the pillhill chalk stream running past the door, a cosy cottage which if fully self contained, set in large grounds on the edge on the village, there is an abundance of wildlife, friendly ducks and resident chickens and a working apiary, fresh eggs and local honey when available, although it has a rural feel the town of Andover with all its amenities is an easy walk or short drive

Abbey Water Rooms, in the heart of Romsey, overlooks a tributary of the River Test and has views towards Romsey Abbey. Shops, cafes and local attractions are within 2 minutes walk. In a self contained annexe the accommodation consists of: Ground floor- sitting room or 2nd bedroom ( Queen bed) and shower room. First floor - staircase to small landing with kitchenette and basin, main bedroom (King bed) and Smart TV. Tea, coffee and cereal is included and there is off road parking.
