There is adequate room and seating in the living room for 10+ people. One of the bedrooms doubles as an office. The price includes the NMGR Tax of 8.475%. The cleaning fee is weekly.

Our house rules are simple. We observe quiet hours from 9PM to 9AM and we do not allow pets, partying or smoking of any kind. Also, our place is not suitable for infants or children.
