Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, yacht club, bowling club, marina and with a bus stop right out the front. No parties allowed.

This cozy guesthouse is tucked away in a quiet spot, offering a peaceful retreat. The absence of a TV keeps it quiet. It's perfectly compact (25msq); right in my backyard, with direct access to the pool, where you can unwind or take a refreshing dip. A friendly Labrador (dog) roams the premises, bringing a bit of charm & cheer to the setting. Sorry, no children allowed due to direct pool access. It's a charming retreat for two to relax and unwind.
