Come stay in our cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

Guest Cabin on top of a hill overlooking our working cattle ranch. The cabin is updated and clean and fully stocked with everything you need to spend one night or a whole month. The completely private space includes cable and internet as well as a washer and dryer. The 600 acre ranch has fishing ponds and hiking trails which our guests are welcome to enjoy. There are no events or parties allowed in the guest cabin. You are welcome to host your family for a BBQ or meal if they are local.
