Wir haben uns den Kopf zerbrochen wie wir das größtmögliche Wohlfühlgefühl erzeugen können. Reinkommen und wohlfühlen, dabei die tolle Aussicht zum Predigtstuhl bestmöglich genießen können war das Ziel. Im Apartmenthaus gibt es einen großen Panoramapool und einen mickrigen Fitnessbereich😂Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und eine sehr gute Erreichbarkeit.

Urlaub zwischen Bergen, Seen und der Stadt Salzburg Unsere exklusive Penthouse-Ferienwohnung mit großer Sonnenterrasse liegt am Fuße des Gaisbergs und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Stadt und die umliegende Berglandschaft. Diese Lage macht das ganze Jahr über Städtebummler, Abenteurer und Sportler glücklich, aber auch alle, die einfach nur mit Bergblick aufwachen und das Panorama bestaunen wollen. The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. The final cleaning €95. Tourist tax is €2.40 per person/day aged 15 and over.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
