Sandy Shore is a unique guest suite located in an iconic Art Deco home. Featured in the Sunday Times Style magazine and used as a venue for film, fashion and music shoots, this stylish apartment offers up to 4 guests the chance to experience Broadstairs in a peaceful, scenic location. A 15 min. walk from the station and Broadstairs town, 3 sandy beaches and the village area of Reading St and it's famed cafe. The suite has it's own tropical garden with large patio for sunbathing and relaxing.

Just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Botany Bay. The ‘Hide-Away’ is all you need to enjoy a peaceful break by the sea. The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

Leave the car on the drive and within a 5 minute walk you can be paddling in the sea, eating ice cream, sipping a coffee, dining on the sea front, surfing in Viking Bay, browsing the shops and markets, watching a film at the Palace Cinema or enjoying live music with a beer. For some relaxing beach time head to Viking or Stone Bay. Margate and Ramsgate are a short distance away. A perfect base to explore the Thanet coast!

Draycot is a beautiful Victorian bungalow situated in the heart of Cliftonville. The Front of House is a large, sunny room with wooden shutters to the front bay and 2 side windows. A quirky, peaceful space for 1/2 people with a luxury SUPER KINGSIZE BED (6' x 6'6"). Tea/coffee/milk & toiletries are provided in the room.
