Maries Thasos Stone Villa

The village located at Mount Ipsárion. The nearby seaside village Skala Maries is about 10km away. The first floor of the house forms from the kitchen, the living room, the office, the front yard and the WC. The second floor has four bedrooms, the second WC, strorage room and a porch with great view. Olive Garden Villas are spacious and modern villas, just 200m from the sea. They offer every home comfort, amid incredible scenery. They are fully equipped with all bedding plus a fully fitted kitchen complete with plates, dishes, cutlery saucepans, dish washer, washing machine and dryer. They are cleaned every 3 days. The villa is a perfect base to explore Thassos from, starting with Golden Beach's soft fine sandy beach, and clear turquoise waters surrounded by pine clad mountains.

Οι βίλες δύο υπνοδωματίων διαθέτουν έναν εξαιρετικά κομψό εσωτερικό χώρο 80 τ.μ. κι έναν ευρύχωρο εξωτερικό χώρο 110 τ.μ. με πισίνα υπερχείλισης και σαγηνευτική θέα στη θάλασσα και το βουνό. Ο πρώτος όροφος της βίλας μας περιλαμβάνει δύο ξεχωριστά υπνοδωμάτια με υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι και μπάνιο το κάθε ένα, κι ο δεύτερος όροφος περιλαμβάνει σαλόνι με καναπέ κρεβάτι και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Η βίλα μας μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 4 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά.

Our villa is a detached 3-storey house with garden which was planned and built with lots of attention to detail and in 2023 completely renovated. It is located just 100 m away from the beach (see map). You can enjoy your sea view best from 2 expansive terraces and one balcony. In stylish ambience and fully equipped the house won't let you miss any amenities from home and is so much more than just a holiday home. It truly is a place of the heart.

The house is located in the middle of the village, so mini market, bakery and farmacy is near the house. The sea is at 150 m.
