I am a custom builder and I decided to have some fun building out my own special guest space. Welcome to Happy Maples! The suite is a private 600 sq ft hand crafted studio with private entrance, bath w/shower, large deck w/Adirondack chairs and grill, views of the gardens and 100' from the historic Mill River right behind the house. There is a queen bed and an additional twin memory foam bed available. 12 mins to Northampton, 20 mins to Amherst, Bike trail in back yard. Come for a fun visit!

The perfect hillside haven for those looking to be in the center of it all. This private, modern, and clean space is completely new as of mid-2021 and has a well-appointed kitchen, outdoor patio with a firepit, fast internet, covered parking, radiant heat floors, and an air conditioning unit.

Several ski areas are nearby, and Kripalu is just an easy 10 minute drive.

Unique People & Pet-Welcoming Haven

Your own gracious living space with very well equipped kitchen, private deck, entrance, garden, country roads for dog walks, forests, meadows, mountain streams, stone walls, tranquility. The cottage is attached to the main house but is a "separate" entity and again has its own private entrance as mentioned above. No smoking in the cottage please but on the deck just fine. Guest suite in home of long-time Woodstock artist and resident. Separate entrance off 2nd story deck with meadow and mountain views. Space has everything you need for a retreat away from it all – a meditation nook for 2, yoga mats to use inside or out on the deck, hot tub to soak cares away and relax after a day out and about in the beautiful Catskill mountains. Hot tub is in 3-acre backyard with privacy enclosure, so bathing suits are optional (we provide bathrobes.)

For years it housed Rick and Liza’s stained glass studio, which they have now lovingly and creatively transformed into a residence. The rental is minutes from the interstate and one mile from downtown Brattleboro, but the neighborhood has a rural and somewhat European flavor to it.

Private keypad entrance with parking. Large bedroom with a new Queen bed, full bathroom. There is a small table for dining and working, a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and pour-over coffee and tea in a nook outside the bedroom. The Annex is in a tranquil neighborhood between Great Barrington and Williamstown/North Adams and ski areas. 20 minutes to Lenox. Fire Pit. The Annex is attached to the main house but is completely private.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Walking distance to Salem Central, Fort Salem Theater, the Historic Salem Courthouse, Jacko's, Salem Art Work, On a Limb Bakery, and less than an hour to vermont sking. Come stay in our secure 2-room suite plus bathroom with a separate entrance uniquely filled with local art and antiques. Includes cube-sized refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave for use.

This space offers a romantic getaway for couples looking to enjoy the scenic Hudson Valley. If you are traveling solo, this cozy space is a private oasis for relaxation and leisure. Centered in the heart of Marlboro wine country, this space is right in the middle of several local wineries, breweries, farms, restaurants, and is just a short drive to the Shawangunk Mountains.
