Véritable atelier d'artiste, dans une petite rue qui part de Pigalle. De nombreux peintres ont habité l'immeuble depuis sa construction au 19 ème siècle. L'atelier , situé au 2ème étage est aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, confortable, très bien équipé, haut de 4 m sous plafond, lumineux, les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur la cour, pavée et arborée de magnolias et de rosiers. Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.

My studio apartment is petite, cozy and charming. Spectacular location in the heart of Le Marais. Just a few steps away from the typical Parisian hustle and bustle. Due to the size, my apartment is best for 1-2 people without a lot of luggage. I can’t make it any more clear how small this apartment is. So please do not book this if you value lots of space. The value is in the location. Easy self check-in (I allow early check in the day of arrival ok). Strict check out time. No luggage storage.

Vous apprécierez mon logement pour le quartier, le calme, la magnifique bâtisse du XVIIème siècle, la belle hauteur sous plafond, la proximité de nombreux commerces, bars et restaurants. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires.

And with an easy access to all transportation. The loft itself is situated in a courtyard of a magnificent (and very quiet) building belonging to Paris's heritage. Louvre Museum is very close by.

Comfortable duplex Saint Germain des Prés

In one of the small streets behind the church Saint Germain des Prés, in a house built in 1650, a cosy two-bedrooms-space is waiting for you. One bed is 180cm large, the other one 160cm. Two toilets, one bathroom with an extra large shower. I lovingly renovated and refurbished this historical place. It’s calm and charming, with old stones and wooden beams. Just around the corner: shops, restaurants, jazz musicians, legendary cafes and famous adresses.

It is located in a perfect area of Paris near the famous garden "Square du temple" and the oldest market of Paris " Le marché des enfants rouges". There are 3 metro stations at less than 1 min walk, connecting you to all the major touristic sites of Paris. In fact, the ideal place to stay to visit Paris !

Mini loft dans le centre de Paris

Ancienne menuiserie parisienne située en fond de cours au calme, entièrement rénovée. Nous avons souhaité garder l'âme de ce lieu. C'est pourquoi nous y avons gardé des briques d'origines, de plus comme vous pourrez le constater la décoration est volontairement faite de matériaux bruts afin de rappeler le passé artisanal du lieu. Nous espérons que vous vous y sentirez bien.

Artist Studio Canal St Martin (420 sq ft)

My studio is located next to the Canal St Martin. There you can have breakfast in a small private patio. The studio is a quiet, bright and cosy space with a quite high ceiling. It is a 5 minutes walk from métro République, very convenient to travel in Paris. The République area has a great variety of restaurants.

Champs-Elysées, charmant loft

Loft aménagé pour 4 personnes donnant sur la magnifique cour pavée d'un immeuble de 1869. L'appartement vient d'être entièrement rénové. Il est idéalement situé entre l'avenue des Champs-Elysées et la rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. Ce logement n'est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
