Having a car will make things much easier. Los Angeles has UBER & LYFT!!! Download the App before you arrive! Please expect to wait on average 5 mins for an Uber/Lyft to arrive. PARKING: • Plenty of free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There is absolutely no parking restrictions, meters, or street cleaning. There is a wall-mounted, widescreen LED TV with a surround system with YouTubeTV and Netflix There is a washer and dryer outside the house on the patio for your convenience and an iron and ironing board can be found in the Cupboard Under the Stairs. Pool & Hot Tub: Pool is only available/heated from May 1st - September 30th. No exceptions. Hot Tub is available upon request. The guest house is free-standing, private and separated from the main house by a poll, gazebo and sizable backyard. You have free access to the property and pool. We are happy to make your stay as comfortable as possible. One of us works out of the home and can be accessible if you should need any assistance. Explore Los Angeles—head out on a short walk to endless dining and shopping options on Ventura Boulevard. It's a short drive to colleges, theme parks, tourist attractions, and, of course, Hollywood. You can walk to almost anything you need to hop on a bus just a block away. *No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed. *Guests must all be 21+ years of age, except in the case of families traveling with children. *Pool is only available/heated from May 1st - September 30th.
