The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. Come and enjoy a relaxing stay in our beautiful one bedroom self contained annex with separate living space, and off road parking, all of which is adjoining our family home. We are approx. 1.5 miles from the M5 and 10 minutes from Cheltenham town centre. Cheltenham boasts an array of shops and boutiques, coffee shops and bars, for you to enjoy during your stay. Cheltenham hosts many events such as racing, the science, literature and jazz festivals.

This is a cosy self-contained annex adjoining a 17th century cottage. The accommodation comprises a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a living room with kitchenette and tea and coffee making facilities. The location, in Churchdown Village, is peaceful yet extremely conveniently located, with a pub, village shop, takeaways and bus service to Cheltenham and Gloucester all within a few minutes walk. Free parking on site and wifi is included.

Next door is the Rising Sun pub and it is a short walk to Cleeve Hill Golf Club. It is also perfect for horse-racing enthusiasts with the Cheltenham Racecourse close by.
