Tickles Cottage was built in 1850 by the cornish miners and is adjacent to Peppertree Cottage in a beautiful Rural Setting. Cottages can be booked together or separately. Only 2 kms south of the historical township of Mintaro in the beautiful Clare Valley .Walking distance to Martindale Hall and Mintaro Maze. Mintaro has the best country pub for lunches or dinners. Historical Burra is only a half an hour to the mining town. Clare Valley has excellent wineries and the Reisling trail to explore

The Manse

The Manse built in 1857, an elegant country house, recently renovated and located in Auburn in the Clare Valley, is a perfect getaway for couples or a family. Creature Comforts

Creature Comforts is on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Auburn, in the Clare and Gilbert Valley. Nestled between Vineyards and farm land it is a relaxing haven with beautiful views from the back deck. The property is close to The Riesling and Rattler Trails. Children under 12 years old not accepted at the property. Dog friendly if guests pet is host approved. Bookings taken from guests staying, not third party. Indoor wood fire is only to be used 1st May to Oct 31st, if needed.

Burra Hills

Located in a beautiful and lush garden with stunning views over Burra's golden hills, this is where you relax in a calm and stylish atmosphere. Our one bedroom accommodation sleeps a maximum of two people, has a well equipped kitchenette, a lounge/dining area, TV, AC and a verandah, where you can enjoy a glas of wine. A five minutes stroll down treelined streets takes you to Burra's main street, with its country pubs, inviting cafes, historic buildings, shops and the vistor center.

Copper Mine Cottage

Copper Mine Cottage will be featured on Inside Selling Houses Australia New Beginnings as a follow up to the make over of my Church property in Ellalong, NSW. (Selling Houses Australia Season 16 episode 1). Built between 1846 and 1847 by the SA Mining Association and designed by G.S Kingston. The ‘Thames Street Cottages’ are some of the first buildings to be built in Burra, and are a fine example of some of the earliest residential buildings that still remains in South Australia.

Stables by the Vines

In 1856, an English stonemason, Thompson Priest, began mining slate in Mintaro. At the same time, he built a home with stables at the rear of his property. Over the intervening years, the stables fell into a desperate state, however, recently, the Stable has returned to life through a sensitive restoration and refurbishment. Set on the edge of Reillys Winery, the Stable is a 100m walk through the vines to the cellar door and further 20 metres to the renowned Magpie Stump Hotel.
