Ο χώρος είναι αυτόνομος βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο ενός κτιρίου διαθέτει αυτόνομη είσοδο και ένα μικρό μπαλκόνι. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Σκιάθου και η διαμονή σας θα είναι ξεκούραστη, αφού σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκονται τα καραβάκια, που θα σας μεταφέρουν στις φανταστικές παραλίες του νησιού.
