European (started in Belgium) chain cafe. Great for breakfast and brunch. Coffee is excellent. Slightly pricey but food is good. If you want something that's more "value" go the the Corner Bakery on ventura. Food is not as good though.

French bakery and cafe. Great food, coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, etc. Especially great for breakfast and brunch. The French toast and Belgian waffles are incredible.
