After sightseeing there's retail. Sadly much of Chester's top name retail stores have moved 'down the road' to Cheshire Oaks the UK's largest outlet village. This is a must go for anyone looking for a bargain from fashion to household goods to chocolates. Its grown to become a mini town in itself. Its about a 10-15 min drive away and there's free parking, but be warned, it gets busy, especially on Bank Holidays.

One of the biggest shopping Outlets in the UK with designer brand shops, plenty of places to eat and only 20min drive
