If you get tired of all the heavy food, come here for light and fresh seafood dishes and tropical fruit cocktails. It's a nice change of pace.

Great local spot, creative latin and world cuisine, everything has its vegan counterpart. Exceptional service and its a healthier and lighter option if thats what you need.

A healthy restaurant in NOLA that tastes great? Look no further! The Carmo salad with vegan ham is delicious and satisfying! We also enjoy the Creole Banquette Bread (extra Shrimp), the Rico Sandwich, and the Ceviche selections are always tasty and fresh!
