One of the best Dim Sum place in the South Bay Area. Weekends are crowded and you will have a long wait but it serves Dim Sum 7 days a week. Best to go on a week day.

Open Monday thru Friday 10 - 3 & 5 - 9:30, Saturday & Sunday 10 - 3, 5 - 9 Saigon Seafood Harbor is a Hong Kong- style Chinese restaurant that specializes in seafood. Their seafood is brought in fresh daily and they have a ton of options to choose from--everything from prawns, crab, scallops, flounder. For folks who don’t particularly like seafood, they also serve the sort of things you’d expect to find in a standard Chinese restaurant, like kung pao chicken, Mongolian beef, sweet & sour pork, etc.

Incredibly good dim sum. Go early -- it opens at 10 AM on weekends and it gets very crowded.
