The best spring roll you'll ever have. (and Waffle & Coffee combo) Next to McDonald, that you will avoid, there is a small stall in the corner, with two efficient ladies selling spring rolls and soft sweet breads. In the morning only, 8 to 14.00, but usually runs out of them by 11.30. Closed on weekends (by night the sane spot is used by a traditional Taiwanese "salty chicken and pickles" shop). One refreshing and delicious spring roll for 35 nts, and three for 100. I recommend making the combo with the Waffle Place + NTU coffee inside the campus. Just cross Roosevelt Rd. at the traffic light and follow the street inside the NTU campus.
