The English Rose Tea Room serves Afternoon Tea in Carefree in true british style. Try a scone with jam and cream from the much acclaimed 'Duchess of Bedford's Formal Afternoon Tea'.

This. Place. Is. Unreal. First of all, you'll love Carefree - it's a small town chock full of artisans. In the middle of it is this amazing little tea room (rezos a good idea if in high season). They serve high tea from 11-4 (usually, check website for details) and it's shockingly good - as well as the robust tea menu. Plus, it's a little slice of England in AZ. HIGHLY recommend for kids and adults alike.

This is a genuine British tea shop. It's a great place to get just tea or a bit to eat. The rose tea is my favorite, the scones are fantastic, and quiches are incredible. Reservations are necessary.
