The Tea Room serves home made soups, cakes and scones and freshly made sandwiches and salads. They have a drinks licence and also serve Heron Valley juices and Ashridge Cider. The food is freshly prepared & locally sourced wherever possible and is brought to you by serving staff. Their cakes, scones and soups are all made here on the premises.

Really excellent nursery, with cut flower garden and quaint tea room. Step back in time - in a good way.

Under the food section but also a great family run garden nursery with a lovely atmosphere and good range of plants. The cafe is open all yearr and offers yummy lunches but the best reason for going is the cream teas and ginormous slices of cake! There is a conservatory area in the cafe but also a pretty garden to sit in. 10 minutes drive. Also the Lychgate Cutting Garden adjoins the nursery. Wonderful to walk around to pick your bunch of very reasonably priced flowers or buy a ready prepared bunch.
