Heron’s House on Chaumont Bay

Escape to Heron’s House, a private waterfront retreat on Chaumont Bay of Lake Ontario in the Thousand Islands region. This cozy two-story home sleeps six and features three bedrooms, one bath, dog-friendly with many amenities. Enjoy two kayaks and a canoe, stunning lake views, access for boating, fishing, and peaceful sunsets. Convenient located to Thousand Islands attractions, local beaches, State Parks, Watertown, and Fort Drum. Come make your next memories on beautiful Chaumont year-around.

The Love Shack- 1 Bedroom Retreat

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

1066 Hastings House

A romantic escape for no reason? Maybe a special Easter egg hunt for the season? For a small fee, I can fill plastic eggs, hide inside/outside for family fun! We welcome to the 1066 Hastings House, responsible 25 yr olds and up, 1-2 well behaved house trained dogs. Hosting, up to maximum of 5 guests. From the dining & great room, enjoy the sun rising. As the day draws to a close, snuggle up by the fireplace in the greatroom, enjoy the sunsets. Watch the lights of night wake up over the Bay.

The Cresent Cottage

Welcome to the Crescent Cottage, located on a peninsula with Lake Ontario on one side and Chaumont Bay on the other. This 3 Bedroom Cottage is pet and family friendly. We draw our water from the bay, and have wonderful fishing opportunity near by. This is a modernly updated cottage that comes with indoor and outdoor games and WiFi connection. Enjoy the dock, sit on the deck, pull out the kayaks, or just enjoy your morning coffee with the ability to watch the sun through our big picture window.

The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. End your incredible day fishing off the dock with s’mores at the fire pit. Hunters and fishermen welcome. Plenty of parking so bring your motorized toys! See you soon!

The Hideaway Cabin

Welcome to the Hideaway Cabin, where you can unwind in the embrace of nature. Here, you can sizzle your favorites on the grill, lounge in the Adirondack chairs on the balcony, or simply relax indoors. Come evening, gather by the firepit on the porch to watch the fireflies dance or relax in the hot tub on the back porch. It's the ideal blend of natural serenity and homely comfort. In the winter, cozy up by the woodstove in the living room and catch up on your favorite TV shows.

Nestled in the picturesque Chaumont Bay, our cozy retreat is one of five cottages that provide beautiful views of Chaumont Bay, allowing you to soak in all that NNY has to offer for an unforgettable experience. Whether you're here visiting the area, or looking to try your hand at fishing, our cottage in Chaumont Bay is your perfect base for adventure.

Bay Breeze

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cozy and quaint 400 square foot cottage that sleeps 2 via a queen bed. It boasts a full bathroom with shower as well as an efficiency kitchen complete with microwave, refrigerator and a gas stove. Relax on the front porch, head down to the fire pit, or fish off the dock of the famous “Taylor boathouse”. You can also explore or dine in one of the many waterfront towns in the area such as Clayton or Sacketts Harbor.

The Chez Heron. A small gothic castle in Chaumont

The Chez Heron was built in 1872 out of local limestone and was made to resemble a small Gothic castle. It is nationally registered as a historical structure. It is set up for 1 couple looking for a peaceful getaway. Full kitchen. We will have a bottle of champagne chilling for you .We have an outside Hot Tub and Fire area for you to relax and enjoy. Located within the vilage of Chaumont and walking distance to several local businesses.

Tiny Hideaway - Cozy Waterfront Escape

The tiny hideaway is an adorable tiny camp (might have to duck if you are over 5feet 11 in doorway and bathroom) on Chaumont bay. Year round camp. It’s great for a small family or a get away for a couple. Great private water front to enjoy with a dock. Bring drinking water as it’s on a shore well and is not drinkable. ICE FISHERMAN: I do not suggest accessing the ice in-front of the camp. Most guest access at long pt 1.5 down the road.
