Wifi and Netflix logins are provided to all guests. The hot tub is open year round. The pool typically opens on Memorial Day weekend snd typically closes sometime in September.

Living room has a comfy sectional, a single reclining armchair and TV. My cabin has a well appointed kitchen, laundry room with W/D, a Bathroom/Shower downstairs. It is located in a tranquil, wooded residential community on the Deschutes River, just 5 miles south of all the amenities of Sunriver, 20 miles SW of Bend, and 20 miles SE of Mt. Bachelor.

SUPs (3), kayaks (2), floats, rafts, bikes (3 adult + 2 kid), and snowshoes (4 pairs). Pepper is a friendly golden/boxer mix who loves kids and dogs. Pet friendly (no fee), fenced yard, hot tub, propane and wood fire pits. Sound-deadened movie theater and foosball room available upon request. Backyard is shared with Pepper.
