A picturesque quaint little 1 bedroom cottage tucked away in a small hamlet, perched alongside a stream, in the middle of beautiful countryside but a stones throw away from the market town of Saltash and Plymouth further afield. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Orchard Annie - Shepherd’s Hut with Hot Tub

A romantic setting for the perfect getaway. Our hut is situated in a traditional Cornish Apple orchard. Guests will have private access to the wood fired hot tub. Guests will be able to explore the surrounding countryside, beaches and restaurants before coming back to enjoy the beauty of the hut. We have a host of wildlife in the orchard including pheasants, woodpeckers, barn owls and honey bees. However you choose to relax our luxurious shepherd's hut is the perfect space to unwind.

It is nestled on the River Tamar - with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. A spectacular haven for wildlife, dog friendly, and ideal for those who want a quiet relaxing getaway. There are stunning country walks, a huge array of activities, 2 excellent local pubs, a coffee shop, wetlands bird sanctuary & there is so much to see & do.

Self contained studio near centre of Saltash

A small and cosy annexe, in the heart of Saltash. We are a 10 minute walk from the main bus stop and 15 minutes from the train station. Formerly our garage, the space is small but fitted out to a high standard. We aim to provide as luxurious an experience possible, in the space we have available. We offer off road parking on our sloping drive for a medium sized car or there is free, level parking on the road outside. We also have a secure back garden for bikes.
