Nestled in the heart of Oceanside, you can start your day with an artisanal latte at the beloved Blue Agate Cafe just a block away, or savor an unforgettable dinner at the nearby Roseanna's, a mere two doors down. Nature lovers will delight in Oceanside's unique coastal features. During low tide, explore fascinating tide pools hidden around the rocky outcropping. The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks.
