Savage Cabin- Ocean and Estuary Nature Retreat

Our 1962 cabin might be in the best location on the Oregon Coast! At the base of Cascade Head, the cabin is in the Salmon River Estuary with a view of three rocks, the Ocean, and a secret "boat access only" beach. Cascade Head is a UNESCO biosphere reserve, with most of the area protected state, federal and Nature conservancy lands. Enjoy this remote nature-lovers paradise. Fish for salmon or crab out the front door, or canoe or kayak. The cabin is up two flights of stairs, in the canopy.

Cabin is nestled among the trees on the quaint Pearl Street in the small community of Netarts. Outdoor covered deck and lower lawn area perfect for family time. Private stairway to beach below with fire pit. Few minutes walk down the road to local restaurant/bars/stores. Bay watching home!

Nehalem River Retreat sits on the Nehalem River in downtown Nehalem. Fishing, crabbing, bird watching, and kayaking are right outside the back door. Our guests have access to our private boat dock on the river. Boat and floatplane mooring available. Restaurants, shopping, and beach town exploring are just a steps away in Downtown Nehalem. Pickleball courts are 4 blocks away. Pickleball equipment and kayaks available upon request.

Rockaway Beach Retreat

Fully renovated to the studs in 2016, our family vacation home is situated on the beachfront road in Rockaway. Immaculately appointed with everything you need for the perfect beach vacation, with direct views of the Pacific for sunsets from the expansive deck. Ideally situated, with the beach only 40 yards away, a quarter mile stroll to the town center with several great restaurants, and plenty to keep the kids occupied.

Groovy digs on the Bay

Nestled in Nehalem just a mile from Manzanita sits our Bay Home. It's inspired by nature and intended to be a fish bowl looking out into the endless scenery. The house is comfortable and easily accessible from US101 south of Cannon beach and Arch Cape. You will have some difficulties deciding to stay in or head out. A great compromise is to stay in and look out as the tides come and go.
