The three-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a guest WC and thus offers space for up to 8 people. Our light-flooded apartment is fully equipped, and features a private south-facing balcony with a unique view. Thanks to the central location of the chalet, you can start your holiday activities in summer as well as in winter directly from the accommodation by foot. Afterwards, treat yourself to a few hours of relaxation in the private sauna in your chalet or end the day on the couch with a glass of wine and a view through our panoramic windows.

Located in Sarnonico in the region South Tyrol-Trentino, the holiday home ‘Landhaus Silene’ is nestled within beautiful nature. Boasting a mountain view, the charming house consists of an open living room with access to a private, ground-level terrace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom with a shower, a bidet and a WC. Das Haus wurde erst im Frühjahr 2024 fertig gestellt und steht unseren Gästen zur Gänze zur Verfügung. Der Wohnbereich teilt sich auf 2 Ebenen auf und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen.
