Self contained accommodation on native bush equestrian property. Built in 2014 from Kingspan insulating panels this house is a showcase for solar passive design; warm in winter, cool in summer. We run a professional equestrian business on site with the Flat for guests. Separate entrance, on site parking, 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with TV, free wifi, bathroom, full kitchen in a beautiful rural setting but only 2km to Uralla with food, shops and pubs. A spacious apartment with lots of natural light. In the center of the CBD overlooking the Historic Town Centre & Iconic Chiming Town Clock with a Private off street entrance. The Apartment is accessed up a flight of Stairs. Suitable for a family with up to 4 children. With 2 bedrooms and a spacious living/Dining area there is plenty of room to relax and unwind. Kate's Cottage - Rosyth Farm

Located just 6 km from the Armidale town boundary, this two room cottage has its own kitchen and bedroom as well as a private outdoor BBQ area. The latter features a fire pit, pizza oven, gas BBQ and all the cast iron cooking equipment to create a unique outdoor culinary experience. There is access to a flushing toilet and shower (in the main building, 40m away) that is private a for the exclusive use of guests. All this is set within a 6 acre small holding with gardens and views.

Barking Dog Gallery Bedsit

Barking Dog Gallery is opposite The Top Pub and New England Brewery on the main road in Uralla. The self catering bedsit is attached to the back of the house down the driveway behind Barking Dog Galley and the pottery workshop. The bedsit features skylights, double glazing, antique and modern furniture, a queen size bed and a well equiped kitchen. Tea, coffee and milk is supplied. Just walk across the road for a great meal at The Top Pub. Check in after 3pm. Check out 10am.

Comfortable cottage close to town in a quiet area. Relax in the private courtyard with a coffee or glass of wine after a day of discovery or driving. Coffee tea and biscuits provided . Rainy days and children are covered with Netflix, Stan, Foxtel and unlimited WiFi . You will also find a variety of activity books , magazines and games . The cottage is well heated to ensure you are cosy on those cold Armidale nights. David and I look forward to hosting you 🙂

Glen Waverly Farm Stay

The beautiful, one bedroom, well appointed cottage set in a park like garden 3 kms south of Glen Innes. With a comfortable Queen size bed, and a single rollaway bed for extra guests, our cottage is well appointed and comfortable. It is cosy in winter with a wood heater and cool in summer with air conditioning. The verandah is great for sitting outside and enjoying a cool drink whilst looking at the picturesque valley, and beautiful sunsets.

West Ruislip Farm, Armidale

The Lodge@Tomaree is a self contained, two bedroom, two bathroom guesthouse that shares our one hectare block. Lovely views over Inverell; suitable for couples, families and business travellers. Killarney Cottage Bed & Breakfast

Killarney Cottage is a fully renovated mid-century cottage, set in the New England's peaceful countryside. It is set on 6 acres, just 15 minutes west of Inverell & 20 minutes from Copeton Dam. Relax in a tranquil, rural setting with no close neighbours & only the dogs, chickens & wildlife for company. You may even be lucky enough to see one of our resident koalas!

Ridgeview cottage

Cottage is on large, leafy 1 acre block in a semi rural environment. Chickens roam the yard and parrots roam the trees! Visiting wildlife include koalas, echidnas and possums. No road noise but still close to town. ( 4 km to CBD) Beautiful walking tracks start near front gate. We also have 2 dogs on the property, an old border collie and a young blue heeler.
