Our small, well-kept house is located in the sunny Burggrafenamt, in the rose village of Nals. Centrally located, it is ideal for cultural and sporting activities of all kinds. The house with 4 residential units is located in the centre of the village with a grocery store, café and bakery right next door. The village is very lively during the day. Unfortunately, I cannot offer absolute peace and quiet, but I can offer good connections, short distances and integration into lively village life

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Neue Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung (75 m²) auf einem typischen Südtiroler Bauernhof, in ruhiger Lage auf 950m, mit herrlicher Aussicht aufs Etschtal. Der Hof betreibt eine Pferdepension; er beherbergt außerdem ein paar Schafe, Hühner, Kaninchen, Meerschweinchen und Katzen. Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, unabhängig, mit komplett eingerichteter Küche und inkl. Bettwäsche & Handtücher. Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein Trampolin und Schaukeln. Minimum 3 Nächte.
