Property of 4 individual apartments with total 7 bedrooms (all dubbel king size beds), 4 fully equipped kitchens, 4 living rooms (4 extra sofa beds), and 4 bathrooms. Every floor have big balconies all around each apartment and also one big terrace with a pool, garden, gym + parking. Enjoy the heated infinity pool, relaxing garden and the terraces with wonderful views. Located close to nature, sea/beach, airport and nearby city center.

This charming 200 years old stone house of typical Mediterranean style is located in the center of Prčanj, a small and picturesque village with rich maritime history and tradition. The villa is close to the beach and just 15 minutes drive from Kotor Old Town. Nearby you can find a grocery store/mini market, restaurants, coffee bars, bakery, post office, etc. On the walking distance from the house, there are five restaurants at the seaside offering traditional Mediterranean menu.

The shared swimming pool is heated with incredible views of the Bay of Kotor.

The nearest airport is Tivat Airport, 5 km from Apartments P&I. This is our guests' favorite part of Kotor, according to independent reviews.
