This well used 22 m2 is ideal for a couple with a child or three young friends whose mind is set on exploring Montenegro. This fully functionally studio just arrived on the market in June 2022 after full renovation. Our modern and spacious apartment is located right on the shore of Bogišić (across from the islands of St. Mark and Our Lady of Mercy). This elegant and comfortable accommodation offers panoramic sea and mountain views and is only 100m from our private beach. Beach contains all the necessary furniture that is available to all guests (loungers, shower, grill, benches and tables). Our terrace offers a wonderful view of the crystal blue sea and the beautiful mountains stretching in the distance.

I love sharing my apartment with guests from all over the world. You can use anything that is in here but please take care of it as it’s your own. My family lives 5 mins drive from this place and they are more than welcome to help you with anything you need. It’s 65m2 square on the fourth floor of a six year old building. Porto Montenegro is 800m away, main square 200m, beach 100m. Parking available. Smoking prohibited, only outside on balcony.

Tramonto III

This is paradise for us and it could be also for you! On the peaceful side od Montenegro coast,between montains and sea we are located to give you the most beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. Crystal clear water makes you feel refreshed and relaxed.  Tramonto III is 10 minutes away from the Tivat airport. Kotor, Porto Montenegro and Lustica Bay are 5-15 minutes away.  The supermarkets are near. (2 km away)

Apartment Aneta, central and quiet.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.

The beach is 3min. walking distance and a small shop is just 2min. on foot. The apartment has one queen size bed and one single bed as well as smart tv in the bedroom. A big balcony has a table and chairs for outdoor dining with a beautiful sunset view.
