My Dalmatia - Luxury Villa Escape

Local charm, privacy and lots of comfortable space. This wonderful newly built villa is located near Benkovac, in the hinterland of Zadar called Ravni Kotari. This area is famous for its great wine, stone production and agriculture. With an amazing 60 m² private swimming pool, villa Escape can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 10 persons. Zadar with its famous old town is reachable in half an hour drive and the nearest sandy beach, located in Pakostane, is only 15 km away.

This new villa is located near a sandy beach in a quiet location. The villa consists of three bedrooms, living room with kitchen, dining room, three bathrooms and guest toilet. A sun terrace with barbecue, sauna, fitness room, private parking and WiFi are available to our guests. All bedrooms have a bathroom and air conditioning. The pool is heated. Near our accommodation there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the most famous tourist resort with entertainment facilities.
