Our cosy apartment has been completely renovated and is perfect for a family of 4 who wants to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in a special atmosphere. This will be your base to discover the uniqueness of the Dolomites. In the winter, you're only a few minutes away from one of the lifts which will connect you to the SuperSki magic. In the summer, the area is perfect for hiking. We hope you'll love this place as much as we do!

Cucina ben attrezzata e stufa a pellet per le serate più fredde. Disponibile stanza deposito sci&bike/asciuga scarponi e lavanderia. Questo accogliente appartamento è situato a 5 minuti a piedi dalla zona pedonale del centro di Cortina. L'appartamento è al piano terra, arredato in stile ampezzano. Il soggiorno si affaccia su un giardino condominiale munito di piccola panca e fontanella da dove si possono ammirare le Tofane. L'appartamento è dotato di TV a colori con digitale terrestre, WiFi, ferro e asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, minipimer, aspirapolvere.

Apartment La Villa

The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site.

Comodo appartamento nel centro di Cortina

L'appartamento si trova al primo piano a 150 metri dal centro di Cortina e a due minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dallo Stadio del Ghiaccio. E' molto comodo anche per chi volesse sciare: ci troviamo a pochi passi dalla Funivia delle Tofane e a pochi minuti dalla Funivia Faloria. L'appartamento, dotato di terrazza, è confortevole e silenzioso.
