The gate opens onto an undercover deck and into an open plan kitchen lounge dining area with 55 " smart TV. The bedroom has a king-size bed built in a wardrobe and 1.5 ensuits. High-speed internet. 20 min walk to town.

4 Chapel Mews is our cosy holiday cottage set in the small parish of St Columb Minor, Newquay. Ideally located for Newquay as a base to discover the whole of Cornwall. The cottage has two bedrooms and spacious open plan living area with a sofa bed. Porth Beach is only a 3 minute drive or a pleasant 18 minute walk along the footpath. Situated only 1.25 mile from Newquay town centre. All bars, restaurants and beaches are within easy reach We welcome small-medium size dogs Parking for two cars.

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.

There are three pubs with good food a great Italian restaurant and a well stocked shop a short walk away. You'll also be well located here mid way on the coast for touring all of Cornwall.
