Our 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacius living room with couch and dining table, A/C, and spacius patio is located just around 100 meters from Lake Bled (swimming area). It's located in very peaceful area. It has it's own entrance and is located in our house (so we're always nearby to help). We're a family of 5 and will be happy to host you. Sustainability: We produce more energy than we use. Tourism tax (3,13 for adults per day, 1,56 for children above 7) is not included.

This is a wonderful, just renovated in 2024 cottage in the gorgeous Soca Valley, located on a private sunny area, a few meters from the Soca River. The house offers 2 double bedrooms and a large quality sofa bed. Lots of outdoor garden and sitting areas. BBQ. The cottage was renovated an finished in June 2024 and offers high end living and quality furnishings, linens and amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for dining as well as a large dining table for 6. Wifi and a smart TV.

HAY Apartment Bled

Hay Apartment Bled is a cosy, ground-floor studio-apartment with a private garden. Well equipped kitchen, king size bed (200*200), bathroom, sofa with a TV corner and a small garden with a sitting lounge. Renovated in 2022. Ideal for two guest. Free privat parking is in front of the apartment building. Hay’s location is in the very center of Bled with 10 minutes walk to the Bled lake. Bus stop (Bled Union), bakery, gas station, restaurants and local market are just around the corner.

Bovec Relax Little House with Patio and Garden

A small, 2022 built house in peaceful street, 5 min walk to center of Bovec. It has it`s own garden and 35m2 private patio with table, chairs, 2 deck chairs and big transparent roof for you to enjoy it even if it rains! It has an upstairs bedroom with big bed (180x200) and on the ground floor a sofa bed (140x200). The kitchen has all essentials appliances like dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle. The kitchen is modern, white high gloss. There is a modern bathroom with walk-in rain shower.

Cottage NA BIRU 1 by the Soca River

The Cottage Na Biru has one of the prettiest locations in the Soča valley. Undearneath mount Mrzli vrh and very close to our emerald Soca River on the edge of Gabrje village you will find a perfect spot for quiet or active holidays. There's tourist tax you have to pay at the arrival: 2 €/adult/day and 1 € for children between 7 and 18/day. There's one double and two single beds upstairs and a sofa in the living room, which means 5 people maximum. We can add a baby cot.

We are a family of four, and while we are staying abroad for a while, we are offering our family house to guests. That’s why we wanted to share our home with nice people like you. The patio with rose and hydrangea bushes gives you perfect oportunity to relax and chill while kids play in the courtyard. It would take you 20 minutes to walk slowly to Sotočje (confluence of Soča and Tolminka). Bars and restaurants, Tolmin museum, sports park with playground for kids, bakery are all nearby.

Sprostite se v tem edinstvenem in mirnem bivališču. The studio is located in a mountain village Stržišče. The place offers you peace and rest in a small village in the midst of unspoiled nature with numerous walking or mountain paths (mountain Črna prst 1844 m) We are close to all the sights you would want to visit in this area. There are no additional payments at the accommodation, everything (including tourist tax) is included in the price.

Enjoy the serenity of nature in our unique tiny home, just 20’ from Bled. Fall asleep with the murmur of the passing river, sunbathe on our wooden terrace right on the riverbank and take a dip in the outdoor viking tub in all seasons. Equipped for indoor and outdoor cooking, our charming house is hospitable to small and big humans alike, including a modular sauna, private beach and an outdoor cinema!

Hiša Pr tin se nahaja v vasi Ladra 3 km stran od Kobarida. Stanovanje je bilo obnovljeno v letu 2020. Nudimo 3 spalnice, WC, kopalnico, kuhinjo, klimatska naprava, balkon. Hiša je primerna za par ali družino od 2 do 5 oseb. Ob rezervaciji vam je na voljo vsa hiša samo za vas. Posteljnina in brisače so vključene v ceno. Do Kobarida smo oddaljeni 5 minut vožnje z avtomobilom, do Bovca je 20 minut.
