A kétszobás házban gázfűtés van, télen meleg, de nyáron hűvös. Egy család kényelmes pihenésére alkalmas. A felszereltségbe tartozik többek között a WiFi, tévé mindkét szobában és a teraszon is, tűzhely, kenyérpirító, vízforraló, mikró, mosógép stb. Belvárosi saját parkolós apartman, közvetlen kapcsolattal a sétáló utcára, 100 m-re a vártól, 200 m-re a strandtól, éttermek, szórakozó helyek, kávézók, bárok között. Ideális családoknak 1 vagy 2 gyermekkel, pároknak. A szállás 4 felnőtt részére nem igazán alkalmas, mivel az egyik ágy csak egy kihúzható kanapé. Az apartman csak teakonyhával rendelkezik, ami főzésre nem alkalmas.
