Dead Mule Ranch

Cabin borders Tonto National forest which adds to the privacy and seclusion. The large stone fireplace along with propane heat keep the cabin warm and cozy. The spacious upstairs loft features one queen size and one full size bed. Kids love the separate bunk house out back which has 2 single beds. Renters can relax around the table on the covered porch which has plenty of room to enjoy an outside meal.There is also an outdoor fireplace. A year round spring attracts wildlife of all types.

Tiny Cabin in Payson-backed to the National Forest

Relaxing log cabin that backs up to the Tonto National Forest. Recently remodeled with tile floors and updated kitchen. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Walk out your back gate to the Tonto national Forest and go hiking. Pick up fossils and agate or dig for crystals at diamond point. There is parking for four so no need to worry about your trailer or off road vehicles. We have a gated parking area. There are off road trails right from our street.

Tipi Glamping

Beautiful fall/winter weather is here! Located on a hillside in the Tonto National Forest, this 24’ Tipi situated on a 30’ redwood deck, is luxury for the adventure driven. After a long day of hiking, hunting or off roading you’ll want a good nights sleep on a king size bed. Outdoor cooking area with water, toaster oven, air fryer and gas grill. Keurig and hot water kettle inside tipi. Two space heaters and a small fan. 50” TV, DVD player, CD/Bluetooth and turntable for music.

Country Cottage

Country Cottage is a large 1 bedroom (1 queen bed), 1 bathroom home, with 1 sofa/bed in the living room. Located near the Rim, away from the city bustle and is warm and inviting. Tonto National Forest in the back yard. Handicap accessible. 10 minutes to town, restaurants, and parks. 25 minutes from Tonto Natural Bridge. 15 minutes from East Verde River. Friendly dog on premises. No pets, no smoking, and no parties. *Small portions of the road are unpaved (less than 0.5 mile)

Newly renovated 2 bed, 2 bath, 1,100 sq ft log cabin has direct access to Tonto Creek and waterfall for fishing with nearby trails to Tonto National Forest and the Paleo site. Treehouse, disc swing, and crawdad nets perfect for kids 5+. Horseback riding and pony rides available at nearby stable.

Endless hiking on the nearby Highline or Arizona Trails. Abundant quad/side-by-side and mountain bike trails. Fishing a few feet from the property. Knotty pine interior, pine cabinets, fir wood flooring, large sleeping loft and fully fenced.

Mountain Views and Great Fire Pit

1 Bedroom home, with great long-range mountain views. Quiet wooded lot. Great fire pit area. Close to great trails for hiking, ATVs. The house is located on a dirt road. There is parking for at least 4 cars, but a large trailer may be difficult to park. There MAY be a FIRE BAN when you are interested in coming. I will have a sign on the fire pit if I know there is a ban in place.
