Ginger is an elegant, generous home located in Sawtell. Your booking is for the whole of Ginger. It features three discrete suites, each with a/c: White, Red and Blue Ginger. Each suite has an unique theme and its own bathroom. Ginger is ideally set up for a family gathering. Ginger has a beautiful stainless steel chef's kitchen, including the European equipment, a comfortable lounge dining area including a library. Set in behind the sand dunes of Sawtell's main beach and 5 min walk to the main street. This unique house has a private entry to the beach from the back courtyard . The ground floor has 2 x bedrooms , 1 x bathroom , kitchen, lounge/dining room and laundry. Level 1 has 1 x bedroom , 1 x bathroom, large open room with a fold out queen sofa bed and access to the patio. The courtyard has an outdoor shower, BBQ and out door dining setting. On site parking is available with free street parking also.

This is a couples retreat only; no children allowed due to the close proximity to the waters edge. Close to shops and cafes.

The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
