We are just approximately 100 yards from the sea front and just a 3-5 minute walk from the bus/train stations. Our guest house has eight comfortable clean letting rooms (all en-suite except one with private facilities), there are many bars/restaurants within a few minutes walk and a variety of things to do for all ages.

Clean, comfortable, pleasantly decorated, quiet double room with your own en-suite with shower, sink and toilet. Window looks over the peaceful and attractive back garden. Parking is in front of the house garage though not always guaranteed. Alternate parking on the main road before you get into the Close, which is a safe and quiet area. Light breakfast of cereal/toast included. We have a cat, so please check when booking if you are allergic or intolerant to cats.

The Torcroft offers complimentary parking to all our guests, with 11 parking spaces. Room 5 is our most spacious room, located on the first floor, ideal for a special occasion or a longer stay. The Luxury Suite has the feel of a studio, which offers a bathroom, with a large bath and walk in shower.

It has 8 newly refurbished ensuite bedrooms and is lucky to have 12 on site parking areas which is rare in Brixham. It also has a large garden with seating for over 24 and a BBQ area which can be used by guest for a small charge,Large lounge dinning room and a small 5/7 seater snug can also be used by guest ,in the basement is a bar/ games room.

My cottage is set in a quiet road within a pretty village surrounded by countryside yet only 5 minutes drive to the main Devon Expressway with links to Torquay (4 miles) Newton Abbot (2 miles) Totnes (9 miles) and Exeter (16 miles). I am offering a sunny double room with views to the open countryside. and a large light shared bathroom with shower bath which is cleaned daily. A continental breakfast is included (Gluten free option).

Cosy 1 studio space offers 2 connecting rooms and sleeps up to 4 people. It has a private entrance, tea and coffee making facilities and a private bathroom with a bath. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and within the lounge are two single beds. Both rooms have TVs. This room can accommodate dogs at an additional charge. The hotel offers free parking and breakfast at an additional charge.
