Moderno e luminoso monolocale open space, con ampio giardino e splendida vista lago. Composto da una camera in open plan con letto matrimoniale, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e cucina attrezzata, bagno con doccia. Ideale per 2 ospiti, ma possiamo ospitare fino a 4 persone grazie al divano letto. Il parcheggio pubblico è a 100 metri dalla proprietà (centro storico del paese, traffico limitato): necessario salire circa 80 scalini per accedere alla proprietà. NO aria condizionata.

Un Gioiello di Vista Lago

The house is located in the beautiful and quiet town of Tosnacco (upper part of Moltrasio), which is one of the nicest little towns along lake Como and quite close to the center of Como. From the public parkings it is a ca. 200m walk up to my house - might be unconvenient with huge luggage. To compensate for the climb, there is a wonderful lakeview from the balcony. Down to the church and center of Moltrasio with restaurants and little supermarket it is a ca. 10 minutes walk.

Holiday Home Liliana fantastic views of Lake Como

My accommodation is near town centre, in a very quiet location. It is 15 minutes far by car from Como centre and 20 minutes by car from the amazing Bellagio. There are a lot of walks into the wild and outstanding beaches on the lake. You’ll like this apartment because of its privacy and its breathtaking view. It’s suitable for all people, like couples, lonely people, families (with children) and pet friends!
