The turquoise clear waters provide excellent snorkelling and diving opportunities. 5 minutes walk from the villa, there are also 4 restaurants, 2 grocery stores, a fishmonger, 3 cafes, 3 tennis courts, basket and football pitch.

It is very private, by the sea, with direct access to the Cala Bernat beach, passing through the rocks. The hills behind show breathtaking views and ancient monuments, perfect for trekking or mountain biking. Near the house 3 excellent restaurants. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.
