From our quiet, sun filled valley you can drive to many fantastic nearby sandy beaches or there's a flat walk to town where you can catch a ferry to Salcombe. Use this as your base to enjoy local walking, biking, SUP, surf, kite, food & beer. The accommodation is open plan styled in a modern yet comfortable way. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE IN A RURAL Area (and access is down NARROW LANES ,The Granary is an self contained apartment above an old barn which has been lovingly renovated to a high standard , it is a romantic county side escape perfect for a couple to relax and enjoy the beautiful Devon countryside as this is in a working farm you may experience some noise tractors ,cocks crowing ,geese ,some farm machinery repairs in the day,sheep,cows,dogs.and low flying helicopters ,and the odd military jet .

It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.
