Vuonna 1965 rakennettu talo (3 huonetta, keittiö, sauna, wc) sijaitsee Suomen Lapissa Kittilän luonnonläheisessä ja rauhallisessa Kaukosen kylässä. Kaukosessa on tunnettu Särestöniemen taidemuseo. Villa Magiassa voi ihailla keramiikkaa, uniikkiasuja, koruja. Kesäkuun alussa Kaukosessa on Hiljaisuus-festivaali. Yllästuntunturin lähellä Lainiolla on Snow Village, lumikylä ja -hotelli. Matkaa kohteesta on Levitunturille 40 km (35 min), Yllästunturille 26 km ja Lumikylä Snow Villageen 20 km.

Lapissa Äkäslompolon kylän keskustassa sijaitseva saunallinen pieni vanhan porojen polun varrella oleva mökkimme on oiva kohde yhdelle tai kahdelle hengelle. Mökin saunassa saat nauttia perinteisen puulämmitteisen saunan löylyistä. Kaikki kylän palvelut ovat kävellen tavoitettavissa ja bussit lentokentälle tai juna-asemalle lähtevät parin sadan metrin päästä läheisen hotellin pihalta. This beautiful chalet that was build in 2021. The location is in a calm area but only 1,9 km from the Levi center. Lapland Magic is a perfect choice for those who loves nature but wants to be close to restaurants and shops. Ski tracks goes in 80 m from the chalet and the Levi black is in 900 m. There is one master bedroom with double bed, balcony with double bed and a sofa bed in downstairs. The sauna and the fireplace helps you to find the peaceful state of mind.

The apartment is compact 40 square meter + a loft with beds for 4 persons. The living room has a sofa for 2 persons (120cm). Almost all the basic comforts of the home can be found in the apartment with washing machines, drying cabinets and sauna. Kärpänkätkye is next to the magnificent SnowVillage snow park, where also restaurant services are available. There you can explore the snow chapel and admire the art of snow and ice in the winter time.

Cosy Studio

Peacefully located Alpine cabin, main house is on the 2nd floor. Downstairs is a cosy 35m2 studio with own entrance and spacious parking for the guests to use. The location of the cabin is between Levi Fell and Kätkä Fell and the view from the studio is towards Kätkä Fell. Your hostesses are Tarja and Scott and we live upstairs and are happy to help you with anything and any questions you might have. We speak fluent English and Finnish.

Kittilän keskustasta noin 3 km päässä pieni hyvin varusteltu mökki. Noin 29 neliöinen. Sijaitsee kotimme pihapiirissä mutta saa silti nauttia omasta rauhasta. Hinta sisältää sähköauton latauksen type 2 latauslaitteesta max 11kw, tarvitset oman latauskaapelisi. Hyvin varusteltu keittiö. Ruokailuastiasto neljälle, kahvikone, vedenkeitin, paahdin sekä mikro. Löytyy myös levitettävä vuodesohva yhdelle aikuiselle.
